About the song, from Byron:

In Part 1 of this Sun trilogy, I mentioned that Spinning round the Sun was written in just 3 or 4 minutes and talked about the circumstances.

This electronic dance version was added to the album due to a suggestion from two of my best friends, Ken and Jan. I stay with them at times, outside of Seattle, and helped Ken build his house. When I was writing this song and learning new computer recording software, I would send friends tracks I was working on, getting valuable feedback at times.

So, after Part 1 and 2 of Spinning were finished, I sent it to Ken and Jan for a listen. It was Mix number 14. They said, “We love it, but our favorite version is Mix number 02b, the instrumental, back when it was new.” … 02b or not 02b, that is the question. I went back and listened. They said it has a relaxed, happy feel. Hey cool, that's what I'm all about, let's jam it, Spinning 'round the Sun Part 3.

It's just Myself and Larry on this final track. But not really. There's Luis at The Hideout Studios. Also, all the music biz people, music lovers, listeners … and people who work in music stores, music distributors, web-software-hardware designers, YouTube mentors … the list is long. It's like standing on the shoulders of giants. This new technology age we live in … I think it has potential.

Harmony Dreamers is a studio project of prolific songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Byron Lee Scott, along with long-time band mate and drummer Larry Dragland. On each song are a host of top-tier vocalists and musicians from around the world, including more than 20 international backup singers on the humorous title track, I Come From Earth. It's all new music, happening now.
